I have a PC's Limited 286 with 384K of extended memory. The question is can I use this memory partly as a virtual disk and partly a print spooler? I am currently using all 384K as RAM disk (using DOS's vdisk). Is there a public, private or shareware print spooler that will work in extended memory with the RAM disk (ie. not intefering with the RAM disk) Thanks in advance for any information. Bob Kaires

A disk cache is of course not exactly the same as a RAM disk, but gives a similar speedup, and is easier to use. -Randy ---- Randy Gobbel, Xerox PARC/ISL Disclaimer: Opinions here are mine, not my employer's Arpanet: gobbel.pa@xerox.com UUCP: ...!hplabs!parcvax!gobbel
