[comp.sys.ibm.pc] Latest Kermit binary enclosed part 1/3

tr@wind.bellcore.com (tom reingold) (12/22/87)

The subject line is a lie. I wanted to get your attention. I am
about to post the latest version of Kermit for the IBM PC but it
will only appear in comp.binaries.ibm.pc. If you can't get that
group, send me mail. If enough of you send me mail, I will post
it to comp.sys.ibm.pc.

If you don't know what KERMIT for the PC is, it's a terminal
emulating program that includes the Kermit file transfer protocol.
You need to have the protocol running on your host machine to make
use of it on your PC. The version I am shipping along is 2.30 from
Columbia University (the free version).

The binaries will be shipped in parts 2 and 3 (of 3).
