Some of you may recall my recent request for opinions/info regarding the upgrade of my 6300 from DOS 2.11/BIOS 1.00. With the input from those that responded, I went ahead with DOS 3.2 (release 2.02 from AT&T) and BIOS 1.43. The installation went well, with only a couple of hitches, but I am left with an annoying problem. Following a reboot, I find that the clock loses time. I was warned about this, and the info I got indicates that this is due to the seconds being cleared to zero, thus losing an average of 30 seconds per reboot. Does anyone have a patch or work around (other than resetting the clock each time I reboot :-) for this?
