BTW, I'm somewhat new at all of this, are there any other programs which would be helpful for downloading software from the net? For those of you who need versions of ARC, I have both ARC-E version 3.1b (the extracting utility) and ARC 5.2.1 (the complete archive utility) from System Enhancement Associates. Sometimes pkxarc is required to extract the files. Even the newest
version of arc won't work if certain non-standard features of
pkarc are used to encode the file.
