The clock on the Toshiba T1100+ seems to tick every second rather than at some faster rate. Programs which depend on the time, and check the clock for elapsed time, do not work right. Is there some work around? I don't know specifically about the T1100, but that's a common problem on a lot of ms-dos computers. You might be able to read an internal timer register for more precise timing. Does the T-1100 use an 8253? Mike Berger Center for Advanced Study University of Illinois berger@clio.las.uiuc.edu {ihnp4 | convex | pur-ee}!uiucuxc!clio!berger
