[comp.sys.ibm.pc] XT boards in a 386 machine?

I am considering upgrading from an XT clone to a 386 clone.
If I buy a stripped down 386 machine, can someone tell
me if my Seagate ST-225, Hercules MonoGraphics
and my Hayes modem will work?
