A friend of mine is looking for the following items;
1. Tech. Ref. for IBM OS/2 Display Adapter (is it even available?).
2. Tech. Ref. for VGA.
3. Any Bit Blit routines for EGA or VGA (my friend wants to read
the src as a learning experience, Assembly preferred but not
required).
