[comp.sys.ibm.pc] memory expansion for AT&T PC 6300

A friend is looking for information on the AT&T memory expansion
board for the PC 6300 - possibly named 'Attila'.
Ordering info, specs, etc, would be appreciated.

Also, any other memory board that works with all 'flavors' (3u, 3x,
3z) of the 6300 motherboard. AST has one that works with the 3x
version, and the RAMPage2 works with all versions but only runs at
4mHz (half the speed of the 6300).

Is there a board that supports 2 megs of RAM, runs at 8mHz, and
works with any version of the 6300????

Thanks.

i'm using a 2M clone board that's made by DFI ("Diamond Flower, Inc.")
and sold by lots of mail-order companies.

it's fully-populated and runs on my fall-1985-vintage 6300
(sorry, i don't know the motherboard revision number offhand).

it's been rock-solid as a RAM disk for quite some time;
i've never used it with programs that use EMS memory, so i can't
comment on it's performance in that respect.
