The Basic that comes with the Compaq DOS operating system, as well as Microsoft QuickBasic, seem not to have any commands that make it easy to plot data points - given a set of pairs of numbers, I just want to plot little circles on an x-y plot - since Microsoft does not answer their customer service lines nor answer inquiry letters, I would appreciate comments from the net on how to manage this kind of plotting, or what sorts of additional software packages I need to buy.
