[comp.sys.ibm.pc] C routines wanted to manage EMS

Can anyone suggest commercial or PD routines to allocate, etc, EMS memory 
(or to handle block transfers from protected (1meg+) to real memory) 
callable from TURBO-C or MSC compilers?
