[comp.sys.ibm.pc] RAF and Extended Memory

Does anyone know of a way to force RAF (Remote Access Facility), a memory
resident program into extended memory.  We are unable to run it with a program
called ElixiForm... Just not enough RAM for both with the 640K limit.
