Microsoft has taken a lot of flack lately for their insensitivity related to product support. While I cannot directly comment on the problems related to MSC 5.0, I recently had the following experience. About a week ago I posted a request to the net for information on the Microsoft Systems Card. Within a few days I received, from Microsoft, an E-mail response followed by documentation via US mail a few days later. T H A N K S M I C R O S O F T ! and especially Lee Fisher. -- Edward T. The complaints with MicroSoft have been with regard to product support and upgrades. Nobody's ever claimed that they didn't go out of their way to sell you a new product.
