I am passing this along as a favor for a compatriot and friend.
Return mail would best be directed to the MCI address at the end.
However, if all else fails I am:

As an outgrowth of discussions on decision-making processes,
players of the Glass Plate Game(R) in Corvallis, Oregon have
elected to play a Glass Plate Game centered on the decision-making
process of voting. The game's objective is non-partision
questioning and conversing on participatory government.

We feel this effort will benefit our community by our casting
better-reasoned, more thoughtful votes. The subject of our game
will be "Decision-Making and Participation in the Democratic
Process." We will remind ourselves of the need to excercise
strict non-partisanship in our discussion. We intend to influence
no one's vote, except to the extent that we believe the better vote
is one cast by the most well-reasoned individual.

This announcement expresses our timely wish to share this
unique, goal-oriented use of the Glass Plate Game with other
players who are encouraged to spark up similar conversations. Our
hope is that local, national and global community will be
benifited by this opportunity for game-directed dialogue.
