[comp.sys.ibm.pc] QUALITEK hard disk controller info requested

        I am seeking information, however little, on a hard disk
controller. The print on het board reads:

        QUALITEK
        RK V
        903001-002
dated   84/47

        any help on hardware configuration, installing and formating on
