Think of "shareware" as a software distribution system, not a licensing
system. You're invited to keep, distribute, or evaluate copies of the
program, but not to use it without paying. I really don't see why
that should bother anybody. I consider the effort to download,
transfer, and de-arc the program to be part of the cost. Commercial
software through normal channels isn't cheap.
