While I'm at it ....
Does anyone ( or is C Dunford Listening ) know the latest version of
CED? I'm running 1.0C and am interested in any news on this great
tool. I haven't seen mention of it in about 2 years. Has it gone commercial?
Just as an aside, including the enhancements mentioned in the manual,
I would like to see two small additions - Word Delete and Automatic
insert ( Ie. I start with insert active ).
All I need for pure, unadultered joy is Qedit, Ced, a C compiler and
a postscript printer ..... well, you know what I mean.

It also comes with Turbo C source and does filename completion. -- -russ AT&T: (315)268-6591 BITNET: NELSON@CLUTX Internet: nelson@clutx.clarkson.edu GEnie: BH01 Compu$erve: 70441,205

Re: Status of CED As far as I can tell, the "last" version published was 1.0D (which works quite fine in my machine). It has, indeed, gone "commercial". It is now known as PCED (the "P" stands for "Professional") which also works quite fine in my machine. --------------------- Steve Harrold ...hplabs!hpsmtc1!swh HPG200/13 (408) 447-5580 ---------------------
