Can anyone help me with a UUPC problem? I have been trying to run UUPC for several days now. I have not yet picked the source apart but was hoping someone could tell me what I am doing wrong. I have a PC connected to another PC via a null modem cable. I run Crosstalk on each of the machines and can communicate between them so I know the cable and serial ports work. I leave one system with Crosstalk and start the UU program on the other. I use the command UU -r1 -x9 -ssystem UU starts up and correctly identifies the send and receive tokens, the name of the com port, the baud rate and such. Unfortunately nothing appears on the PC at the other end of the communication line. I am using this setup to start coding the send/expect tokens so I can use my modem (a strange one with non-standard command set) as eventual dialup. In the systems file I specify "any" and "dir". Any suggestions? Thanks in advance. jal@ee.rochester.edu rochester!ur-valhalla!jal 716-248-9420 (evenings EST) 716-275-8265 (daytime EST)
