Does anyone know of a public domain, or shareware, program similar to Microsoft's LIB program. I'm planning on buying the shareware A86 assembler, but it doesn't have an OBJ librarian. I've had people offer to give me copies of their MS LIB program, but I don't like to work that way. A distant second choice would be to write my own librarian, but I don't know where to learn the LIB file format. Is it possible to buy the Microsoft program alone, without one of their languages?
