Also in this genre (I guess) is the group the Flying Lizards, whose 
hysterically funny cover of the Beatles' "Money" was played frequently on 
WBCN-Boston a few years ago (when BCN was a lot more freaky). That's actually 
the only song I know the group by, but in my head it earned the group the right 
to exist!

WAIT A MINUTE LET'S NOT GET CARRIED AWAY HERE WHO SAID THAT "MONEY" BELONGED
TO THE BEATLES . . . 
 
Actually the original version of "Money" was done by Barrett Strong.  It was
the first hit on Motown records and was (co? -)authored by Berry Gordy, Jr.
 
By the way -- did everyone know by now that Rockwell (of current hit single
"Somebody's Watching My Body" or something like that) is Berry Gordy's son?
