Perhaps I'm picking nits here, but maybe if I say it in all caps, youse guys will finally get the message: APPLE NEVER SUED DIGITAL RESEARCH They threatened, yes, but never sued. DRI was (and is) small enough that they prudently scurried to meet Apple's requirements when Apple told them to, rather than let the dispute go to court. -- Doug Landauer
