If the lotto game you've been playing is really random like it's supposed to be, the very concept of "trend analysis" is nonsense. A random roll of the dice (or pick of the lotto balls or whatever) is just that, NO MATTER WHAT "TREND" has gone on before. If heads shows up 100 times in a row when you're flipping a fair coin, the odds of it coming up again the 101st time are just the same as for the first time: 1/2. The probability for the ENTIRE STRING of heads is very slim, but you're not BETTING on the entire string, just the one coming next.
