Dave,

I use the KA9Q version of TCP/IP for the PC.  It is public
domain.  It is written by Phil Karn who happens to work down the
hall from me here at Bell Communications Research.  The package is
called KA9Q because that is Phil's amateur radio callsign.

The package implements ftp and telnet.  It has lots of features I
don't know about too.

I can email this package to anyone who wants it.  Or if you can
pick it up via ftp, drop me some email and I will make it available.
I can also put in on a disk and put it in the US mail.  As usual,
if there is enough interest, I will post it to the net.
