	I am interested in trading 1-2 weeks in my townhouse in 
Steamboat Springs Colorado for 1-2 weeks in someone else's condo/townhouse/home.
The times available for trade are any 1-2 week period between May 1, 1985 and
Nov 15, 1985.  The townhouse is a 2 bedroom, ground level, fully furnished one,
including linen, kitchen utensils, dishwasher, washer-dryer.
It has cable-TV, a wood stove (heat is electric),
and a telephone.  The association has a pool, 2 hot tubs, sauna, and small 
weight room.  Steamboat Springs has many summer activities including
rodeos (4th of July among them), car rallys, good fishing, plenty of 
backpacking and hiking terrain, and some of the best summer weather to
be found anywhere. 

I am chiefly interested in trading for somewhere by the water (ocean 
preferred) but will consider any time, anywhere.
