I recently found an ad by for a hand help PC-DOS type computer. I think
the name of the company was National Microcomputer Inc. (Bellica, Mass.).
Apparently, the device retails for about $2,000. I downloads programs over
serial link and has a 8 by 26 character screen and uses battery backed-up
CMOS RAM.
I am interested in such a device, but why does it have to cost $2,000?
Does anyone out there know of other manufacturers of hand help PC's. I
would like to find something in the $300-$700 price range.
