[comp.sys.ibm.pc] Richard Marks' uu programs, version 2.13

Could someone please send me a copy of Richard Marks' uuencode and
uudecode version 2.13?  I pulled his posting out of
comp.binaries.ibm.pc twice, but it does not uudecode correctly.

   Inasmuch as I don't have any version of uuencode/uudecode, I
would appreciate a unencoded source copy of any version, preferably
2.13.  Please contact me first by e-mail, and I will get back with
you about obtaining the source.
