[comp.sys.ibm.pc] Need net experiences with XDB, Emerald Bay

Hi, 

  Having read the accolades given to XDB by PC Tech Journal, I was wondering
if anyone out in netland had had any experiences with it (preferably developing
an actual application, although all opinions are welcome).  I had also come
across someone touting Emerald Bay's new 'database engine' and was wondering
if someone could fill me in on that.
