Does anyone have a Morse Code instructional program for the PC-XT? I am looking for a program to get me up to 5 WPM so I can pick up my novice ticket. I just finished checking the simtel20 archives and didn't find anything that looked like a code program. Please respond via mail. Hi, Include me in the search for a code program for PC's. I too am looking for such a beast. And yes, I do know of programs that Radio Shack sells for $20 and will probably get that if I can't find a reasonable PD source. -- Tim Margeson (206)253-5240 PO Box 3500 d/s C1-937 @@ 'Who said that?' You can get it as follows: (a) download from *IX BBS 518-346-8033. Login as bbs, fill out the questions, wait a day, and get it. (b) send me mail and I'll mail it to you when I get back from vacation. (c) Hope enough people ask for it that I'll send it to binaries.ibm.pc -- bill davidsen (wedu@ge-crd.arpa) {uunet | philabs | seismo}!steinmetz!crdos1!davidsen "Stupidity, like virtue, is its own reward" -me

You can find in on a Pittsburgh BBS called Neverboard. I forget the name right now, but it is a pretty good program. Neverboard's number is 412-243-5880. I would post to comp.binaries.ibm.pc, but since it's become moderated, virtually nothing has been posted. So, what's the use? Robert L. I've seen several around, all in BASIC, which I can't run. I'd like a decent morse code practice program too: Nothing in BASIC, please. Mike Berger Department of Statistics Science, Technology, and Society University of Illinois berger@clio.las.uiuc.edu {ihnp4 | convex | pur-ee}!uiucuxc!clio!berger

I posted the info here last week. I will try and send it to comp.binaries.ibm.pc. But as we've noticed not much has come thru since it's become moderated. Don't hold your breath too long. Rusty Smith
