Many thanks to all who responded to my request for sheet music. Apparently being out of print was a temporary delay until more copies were printed. However, there was a mixup at the store and I was kept waiting for several months. I gave up on them and that's when I asked for help from this newsgroup. I ordered the music from Patelson's in New York--they were very helpful. Their number is 212-582-5840. I should get the music in time for my husband's birthday.
