Here is Turbo Pascal source for the UUENCODE and UUDECODE programs that
so many netters have been asking for. I didn't write it, nor have I as
yet tried it. I therefore make no statement regarding its usefulness.
The code is courtesy of Dave Draper of Boston University, and I do not
have his permission to post his e-mail address, so I am not. I hope it is
of help.
