I ordered the update diskette for the PS-2/50 last week and received it in the mail today. I just want to pass on a little word of caution. I wasn't looking correctly and installed the MOUSE.COM file and not the MOUSE.SYS file. The system was set up to use the MOUSE.SYS file. The new MS-Word 4.00a program does not like the old MOUSE.SYS file that came with MS-Word 4.00. It causes all of the colors (on our machine) to be blue or black. We had blue characters on a blue background. The WINDOW OPTION COLOR display had black for the odd colors and blue for the even. A real neat choice. Something with the old MOUSE.SYS driver and the new MS-Word 4.00a code causes this screwup. The guy at MS didn't know about that one either. We discovered it by chance. Needless to say, it is being written up for the other helpers now.
