[comp.sys.ibm.pc] MSDOS packed EXE format description wanted

We need a description of the format of packed (DOS-)EXE files created by the
Microsoft EXEPACK utility. According to Microsoft Munich, there is no 
documentation available from Microsoft (!?!). 
Perhaps someone has more information and can mail it to me.
