I found a bug in the aforementioned software. If you have set
Files >=61, in your config.sys then Mark will mark the memory as per the norm.
But when you go and use Release, the machine WILL lockup (at least on my XT
clone).. My config sys looks like this..
buffers = 40
country = 001
device = ansi.sys
files = 60
fcbs = 60,20
lastdrive = f
The first number in 'files' and 'fcbs' must be identical (or so I was told)
.. Anyway, this config.sys file works fine for me with Mark and Release..
