[comp.sys.ibm.pc] does anyone know about this compiler?

There was a review of this compiler in this month's Computer Language
magazine, with benchmarks.  It didn't do too badly!

I love it.  I wonder what "this compiler" is.  I also wonder what
"this month's" issue could be.  My newstand still has May, June, and
July issues of Computer Language on display. Maybe August arrived while
I wasn't looking.
