[comp.sys.ibm.pc] Turning the cursor on orand off

Can someone send me a routine which simply turns the cursor on and off on a
pc.

The routine I worte which tickles the BIOS doesn't work on a CGA monitor
although the rest of my video routines work on both monochrome and color.

Please send directly to me, if someone else wants what I get I will be happy
