[comp.sys.ibm.pc] Termcap description for nansi.sys

This has been particularly useful for me when using the KA9Q TCP/IP package to
log in to other Unix hosts, but it's also handy to have for things like PC Hack
or Larn. I've never had total success with others previously posted, which is
why I'm posting this now.
