I have found the books from Microsoft Press to be ok but unfortunately I have not seen anything for ver 4.0. The only book for 4.0 I have seen ( and bought ) is Advanced Techniques in Microsoft Word by Alen R. Neibauer. The publisher is Sybex. This book is not too bad if you don't mind following along in a bunch of ongoing tutorials. I bought Advanced Techniques a couple of months ago so by now Micrsoft may have updates to their books out.
