[comp.sys.ibm.pc] Help w;/Citizen Mate/12

I have a Citizen Mate/12 AT clone that uses 1Mb Simms.  The first Simm is
for 640k Base Memory and the rest is for "System" memory.  Is there any way
to get access to it (for ramdisk or whatever), does the system actually do
anything with it so I shouldn't touch it even if I could.
