I'm seeking recommendations for software to be used to manage a mailing list (e.g. be able to sort by fields indicating areas of interest, recent correspondence, etc) and print labels. It doesn't have to be fancy, and should be simple enough for a secretary to use without a lot of training, although perhaps a more skilled computer-type could do the initial setup, but shouldn't have to learn a DBMS macro language or anything.
