[comp.sys.ibm.pc] want NEC GB-1 driver for MS-Windows

I have a Multisync and NEC's GB-1 video adapter capable of 640x480.
The MS-Windows video driver that came with the board is not 
MS-Windows 2.03 compatable.  Can anyone help me out?  Do you have the
needed driver, or know where I can get one?  A UUENCODEd driver
mailed to me would be fantastic.
