We purchased 3 Nanao monitors (Model 8060S) about 4 months ago along with the Paradise VGA card. We made the purchase after considering the SONY, NEC and several others. The choice was based on screen resolution (800 x 600), dot pitch (0.28), price ($545), accessable controls (front panel), built in swivel base and a favorable review in several popular PC magazines. These monitors are used daily and primarily for Windows 2.03 in 800x600 mode.
