You can order the source on disk for MS-DOS and CP/M. Pick up a copy and look for ads in the back, or drop into your local techie book store and see if they have either book. Its been a couple of years since I bought them , but they should be readily available. Hope this helps.

Get Z80MU for your PC. It emulates a Z80 running under CP/M. Then you
can use almost any 8080/8085 native assembler and debugger. Z80MU has a
debugger built in.
