Where are the IBM Program archives for postings of programs made (FTP
site if you can, please). Thanks in advance.... MAIL RESPONSES TO ME,
   please.

Unfortunately, the c.b.i.p archive machine is not on the Internet, and
has been so for about the past week. We had been running with a 3c501
Ethernet card as our Internet connection. We tried switching to a
higher performance card, the Interlan NI5210, but that broke the
software that we had been using (Phil Karn's NET and an Opus BBS).

I would really prefer to use the NI5210 because it is *so* much better,
but I'm sure that people out there would also like to have access to
the archives. Unless people scream at me (via email), I'm going to
continue to try to get the NI5210 version working.

The Opus BBS half of the archives is still running:

Opus: 260/360 in the Nodelist. (315)268-6667, 8N1, 1200/2400 Baud, 24 hours.
Look in file area 26 for c.b.i.p postings.
