	I recently attended a swap meet north of San Francisco and saw
	prices closer to 1.5X to 3X the ones quoted here.  Are these prices
	for new equipment? 
 	
	Looking in my most recent "Computer Currents" I get prices like
	Seagate 225 20Meg HD Kit = $259... .
