[comp.sys.ibm.pc] Borland's SPRINT versus EMACS

woo@pioneer.arc.nasa.gov.arpa (Alex Woo) (11/05/88)

A friend of mine is looking to buy an EMACS clone for a PC.
I am very satisfied with Epsilon from Lugaru and the various
programmed modes for programming. SPRINT is purportedly
based on EMACS, has many more features oriented toward business,
and will presumably have many more users. Can it be reasonably
programmed like EMACS? Is there anything like C-mode, TeX-mode,
etc?

Thanks.
