With respect to P. King's comments concerning the all-girl group the SHAGGS, I have to agree 100%. It was purchased a couple of years ago by a friend of mine and has been the "hit(?)" of many a party. One cut, in particular, has almost become a classic of sorts and is named "My Friend Foot Foot". This cut, by the way, probably has the most musical structure since it is the most unstructured piece of music(?) around. At one time we even discussed the possibility that this group was actually an attempt at a new art form, but then we said: "NAWWWWWW!" -- -------------------------------------------------------------------- "Do you like to dream, Gomez?" "No, I have better nightmares when I'm awake!" -------------------------------------------------------------------- Mike Eastman ihuxu!mfe IH 2C-319 X2847 55546

A bit more about the Shaggs. They were composed of three sisters named Wiggins. Their debut LP, "Philosophy of the World," was an anyone-can- record-an-album-in-the-late-60's affair produced by their father. Some years ago Rounder Records reissued this debut, and a year or two ago they released a second disc, "Shaggs Own Thing" composed of previously unreleased studio and live tapes. Both LPs are memorable in their own right... and should be placed alpha- betically right after your Telly Savalas records. ... uw-june!eli
