Coca-Cola maintains a toll free customer service phone number. You can tell
them exactly what you think of the New Coke (or the new Cherry Coke) by
calling
1-800-438-2653
during normal working hours (The person I talked to claimed to be in Atlanta).
If they do not ask for your name and address, you can call more than once. My
wife told Coke she hated new Coke and liked Dr. Pepper better than the new
Cherry Coke. She was promptly offered a free six pack of new Coke, which she
declined.
