[comp.sys.ibm.pc] Comment to comment by binaries moderator

First off, EGA_TREK has made it to the pc binaries newsgroup. Be sure and
get it from there before it leaves your system.

The following comment was posted by the binaries moderator regarding the
PostScript version of the manual that I sent along with EGA_TREK.

I believe that the moderator doesn't understand how PostScript and
proportional spacing of text operates. The reason why the words of the
manual are basically on separate lines is for justification. I have
the manual formated for left and right justification, ie, straight-edged
sides. In order to do that, the space between the words is variable.
So, each word is told where to start. That requires that each word be
on a separate line in PostScript. If PostScript has any micro-justification
done, words may even be broken up. I have seen that in many things that
I have done.

I hope this simple explanation helps explain the weirdness of the PostScript
printer file.
