Please respond via e-mail as I don't regularly read every article in this newgroup. I have been working some with MS-Windows and have a few questions: 1) Is there a developers version available to enable you to write Windows applications to use dialog windows, pop-up menus, etc? 2) If so, how much is it and do I have to get it from MS? 3) Is it possible for a MS-Windows application to use more than one window? (ie two text windows, or a textwindow and a graphics window, or three text windows, etc.) 4) Have the program internally control the size of windows it creates? Thanx in advance. -- John H. I have a question which I'm posting for a friend. The details are rather nebulous, but I promised to do so anyway. Apparantly, while starting up a windows application, a message is flashed on the screen. Something like "fatal error code = 0xff". Afterwards, he's dumped out of the windows environment altogether. About the only thing I know is that he has a Zenith AT compatable. Anyway, if this sounds familier to anyone, please drop me a note. Thanks much, Jon jon@chiron.UUCP
