I'm looking for recommendations for a real estate management
software package to run on the IBM PC. An associate manages
about a dozen properties and does all his record keeping
by hand. He is looking for something that will track his
income on each property, the maintenance and improvement expenses,
etc., and that will calculate the final numbers he needs each
year to do his tax reports. Any suggestions greatly appreciated.
Comparisons too, for that matter. Alternatives too, now that I'm
thinking about it. Please respond by email as I don't follow this
