[net.general] Need info about on-line training systems

I am interested in learning about your experiences 
with on-line training and documentation.  What commercial
systems have you used and what are your recommendations?
How about hybrid or home-grown systems?  Has anyone had 
any experience with a random access video disc as a 
training tool?
